The Padalino and Guram Team was referred to us by my niece who is an agent in Atlanta. I wanted an agent who was not afraid to tell it like it is and would be direct and honest. Declutter, depersonalize, paint and hardest of all, clean out the three car detached garage. Janet helped stage the house to maximize showing results. It was her suggestion to paint the stained hallway doors to brighten up the hall. Wish we had done it years ago.
